Reverse Power Relay
For monitoring the direction of power from AC generators, we offer a
wide range of reverse power relay. These have been precisely designed
in accordance with the needs of our clients and known to deliver
maximum performance. Relay energizes when the current in the system
being monitored is reversed to a value greater then the customer
adjustable present limit. Some features of the equipment are:
Adjustable trip point 2 to 20% of input current
An adjustable time delay of 0 to 20 seconds
Correct setting of the trip point and time delay ensures protection
against motoring in the event of a generator failure and prevent
tripping due to transients encountered during synchronization
Red LED indicates the state of the relay
Green LED indicates the condition of the power supply.
